Celebrating NC’s Ag Leadership

Friends,

Agriculture is North Carolina’s largest industry, but for many, its full impact across our state can still be difficult to see in one place. From county-level production to statewide economic contribution, the scale and reach of agriculture often extend far beyond what’s immediately visible. A new tool from our sister organization, the NC Ag Partnership Foundation, is helping change that.

The Foundation recently launched a statewide agricultural data dashboard that allows users to explore the economic impact of agriculture at both the state and county level, offering a clearer picture of how the industry supports jobs, communities, and local economies across North Carolina.

The Foundation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, works to support research, education, and tools like this that strengthen understanding of agriculture’s role in our state. Be sure to stay up to date on their work by checking out their website at https://www.ncapfoundation.org/ or following them on Facebook and Instagram
