North Carolina Ag Partnership Names Tori Rumenik as Executive Director
RALEIGH, N.C. (May 31, 2025) — The North Carolina Ag Partnership (NCAP) today announced the appointment of Tori Rumenik as its Executive Director, effective August 1, 2025. Rumenik brings more than a decade of experience in agriculture policy, supply chain management, and industry advocacy to her new role, where she will lead NCAP’s mission to advance and protect the future of agriculture and rural communities across North Carolina.

“We are thrilled to welcome Tori to the NCAP team,” said Chuck Fuller, President of NCAP. “Her strong policy background, deep industry relationships, and passion for agriculture make her the right leader to help strengthen North Carolina’s position as a national leader in agribusiness.”

Rumenik joins NCAP from the Florida Fruit and Vegetable Association, where she served as Director of Commodity Services and Supply Chain. In that position, she supported growers across South Florida and played a key role in addressing critical issues, including supply chain disruptions, crop insurance reform, specialty crop competitiveness, and disaster assistance at both the state and federal levels.

Her previous experience includes work as a business analyst at The Context Network, a global agribusiness consulting firm. That role gave her international exposure to agricultural systems and solutions, insights she now looks forward to bringing to North Carolina’s diverse farming economy.

“I’m honored to join NCAP and help champion the people and industries that keep North Carolina agriculture thriving,” said Rumenik. “This state has a proud agricultural tradition and a dynamic future. I’m excited to get to work.”

Rumenik holds a Master’s degree in Food and Resource Economics from the University of Florida and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Public Relations from Florida State University. She currently resides in Raleigh with her husband, Mark, and their two rescue dogs, Bella and Mollie.
